Who we are
Gemora Technologies Pvt. Ltd. operates the Gemora marketplace, a trade-only platform for buying and selling natural, lab-grown and rough diamonds. In this notice, “we” means Gemora and “you” means the business and the people using an account on it.
What we collect
Why we hold it
To run your account and the trades on it, to verify that everyone on the platform is a genuine trade participant, to prevent fraud and meet our anti-money-laundering obligations, to support you, and to improve the product.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your pricing or inventory to train models shared with other members.
Who else sees it
Where it is held
We operate desks in India, the United States and Israel, and data may be processed in any of them. Wherever it sits, it is held under the same controls and the same contractual protections.
How long we keep it
Trading, verification and financial records are kept for as long as the law requires us to hold them — typically several years after an account closes. Everything else is deleted or anonymised once it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. You can also object to particular uses of it. Write to privacy@gemora.one and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows.
